Especially along the Beach and Intracoastal area. Highland Beach is coasting along. There are a few good bargains in Toscana.Also Highland Beach Real Estate is a little more stable than most markets. Delray Beach and Delray Beach Real Estate both are having a decent year. Although not as good as in the recent past. Especially The high end market. There has been a couple of high end sales in Gulfstream also.
